Myofascial release workshop for stiff muscles

Full Body Myofascial Release.

There are lots of reasons why we feel stiff and achy and full of knots. Sometimes it’s because we don’t move as much as we should, other times it’s because we repeat the same movement over and over. It might be because as we get older we don’t produce as much collagen, which is one of the building blocks of fascia, the connective tissue that literally envelops our bodies.

Whatever the reason, it has an effect on the quality of our fascia which in turn causes us to feel stiff, restricts our range of movement (think about raising your arm above your shoulder) and can be quite painful.

This workshop is about learning how to restore the quality of our fascia through therapy ball rolling so that we feel less tight, more limber and able to move with a little less pain and discomfort. If this sounds up your street, check out the video at the bottom of this page.
